Six former CSSHL student athletes and one former CSSHL coach have won Gold with Team Canada at the 2026 Hlinka Gretzky Cup.
The tournament wrapped up on August 8 in Edmonton, AB as Team Canada would beat Team USA 8-1 in the gold medal game.
Highlighted by captain Landon DuPont, the six CSSHL alumni included:
- Brock Cripps – St. George’s School
- Landon DuPont – Edge School
- Brock England – Edge School
- Ben Harvey – Northern Alberta Xtreme
- Malik L’Italien – Stanstead College
- Leif Oaten – Edge School
Former Northern Alberta Xtreme coach Kyle Chipchura was an assistant coach for Team Canada.
